Annual Membership Plan

I understand that ₹999 is the annual membership/service fee of Policy Care India™ and NOT an insurance premium. The membership is valid for one year from activation and the membership fee is non-refundable once activated, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy. I have understood the services included in the membership and voluntarily wish to proceed with the membership. I have read and understood the above Customer Membership & Data Sharing Consent. I voluntarily choose to purchase the annual membership of Policy Care India™ and voluntarily provide the information required for the policy management, support, assistance and guidance services requested by me. I confirm that no pressure, coercion or compulsion has been exercised upon me to purchase the membership or to provide my information. I also agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of Policy Care India™.
