Policy Care India™ – Membership Terms & Conditions Annual Membership - Membership Fee: ₹999 (Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Only) per year.- During the Pilot Launch Offer, eligible members will receive 2 Years Membership at ₹999, as announced by Policy Care India™. Nature of Services - Policy Care India™ is an independent Policy Management & Customer Assistance Platform.- We are not an insurance company, insurance broker, insurer, TPA, or claim settlement authority.- Membership fees are charged only for customer assistance and policy support services. Membership Benefits Members may receive services such as: - Premium Due Reminders- Policy Portfolio Management Assistance- Renewal Assistance- Nominee / Address / Mobile / Email Update Guidance- Policy Document Assistance- Maturity Assistance- Claim Documentation Guidance- Customer Support and other assistance services available under the selected membership plan. No Guarantee - Policy Care India™ does not guarantee policy issuance, revival, claim approval, claim settlement, loan approval, surrender value, maturity amount, or any decision taken by any insurance company.- All such decisions remain solely with the respective insurance company as per its rules and applicable laws. Customer Responsibility - Members must provide correct and complete policy details.- Policy Care India™ shall not be responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect information provided by the member. Membership Validity - Membership starts from the date of successful payment and remains valid for the applicable membership period. Membership Fee & Refund - Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the services have been activated or delivered, except where required under applicable law or specifically approved by Policy Care India™. Non-Transferable - Membership is personal to the registered member and cannot be transferred to any other person. Modification of Services - Policy Care India™ may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any service or membership feature at its discretion with prior notice wherever reasonably practicable. Privacy - Member information will be used only for providing membership services and will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. Governing Law - These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
